How to place an order?

Just select your product. Add to cart. Proceed with checkout and make the payment. You will receive a confirmation message. Soo you will receive tracking info once it is ready to dispatch.

How to upload images for customization?

In most of the cases, upload image/text is available on the product page itself but in case if you unable to upload due to technical issue you can share the required details at help@mugsvilla.com

Is there any refund / return ?

No, in most of the cases return or refund is not available. We will provide return/refund only if wrong product is delivered. Please get in touch with our team at gift@indidecor.com

How to track my order?

You can always track your order by tracking link shared on your registered mobile number or email address. You can also visit my account and view order to see your tracking status.

Is my order will be delivered on expected date mentioned on website ?

Your order might get delivered earlier / later depending on location. It might get delayed in curfew, natural calamities, lockdown or man made disasters. It can also be delivered earlier. Expected date is just an estimated date for delivery.
